Features of inclined conveyor:

The inclined conveyor uses the rotating screw to move the material along the fixed casing groove for conveying. Inclined conveyor is characterized by sealed transmission and simple structure. Screw conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying equipment in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, grain and mechanical processing departments.

Application scope of inclined conveyor:

U-type screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor, suitable for small-scale operation, stable transportation, and can play a good role in the case of limited transportation site. But U-type screw conveyor is not suitable for long-distance transportation, the cost is larger than belt conveyor, and it is easy to produce crushing and other damage to fragile materials.

The screw conveyor produced by our company is mainly used for conveying cement and fly ash materials in concrete mixing station. It is also suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, granary processing, storage and other places suitable for screw conveyor. The screw body of this machine has small diameter, high speed, large conveying capacity and high precision. The driving device adopts gear reducer, with high torque, low noise and no oil leakage. The conveying shell adopts seamless pipe and flange connection. The screw conveyor has good overall rigidity and large bearing capacity. When conveying, it can be continuously transported either horizontally or with large inclination angle, and the working position and state can be selected at will, which is convenient for disassembly and repair.
